Generation G: Rutgers International
Collective Impact led the end-of-project evaluation for Generation Gender (Gen G), a youth-adult partnership advancing gender justice across seven countries. Using a realist approach merged with feminist principles, we paired local and youth researchers in each country to generate findings that centered lived experience and strengthened local evaluation capacity.

Gender Transformative Accelerator
We designed and led UNICEF's Gender Transformative Accelerator, an experiential leadership methodology now used by country teams in 20+ countries to turn gender-transformative commitments into institutional change through week-long convenings with UN teams, ministries, civil society, and youth leaders.

UNICEF Gender Policy & Action Plan
Directed the global consultation for UNICEF's updated Gender Policy and Gender Action Plan (2022–2025), facilitating technical working groups across headquarters and regional offices to translate diverse stakeholder perspectives into a practical, institutionally owned implementation strategy.

For UNICEF's West and Central Africa Regional Office (WCARO), led a ten-month process — shaped by consultations with girls and civil society across the region — culminating in a summit where 27 countries committed to the Regional Girls' Agenda, with a committee of girl leaders helping plan and present to strengthen dialogue between ministers, regional leaders, and youth.

Designed and administered a bilingual (English/Bangla) online survey with 3,250 respondents, implementing robust data protection protocols and confidentiality safeguards, including risk mitigation measures for sensitive disclosures of sexual harassment.

We conducted a situational analysis for the Regional Office for South Asia (ROSA) of programming for adolescent girls partnering with local researchers in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka to generate organizational learning and strategic recommendations that better address girls' needs and priorities.
