Additionally, designed two GBV training modules for the Reducing Barriers to Women’s Economic Empowerment Initiative (RBI) that will serve as an integral part of the educational curriculum for women micro- and small- entrepreneurs in Honduras and El Salvador. |  Social ImpactLed a team of 4 consultants to conduct a national gender and social inclusion analysis in Sri Lanka. Policymakers heard from members of the transgender and gender non-conforming (GNC) community as well as allies from the faith, business, health, legal, and education communities.
